Retrieves the info string of a top menu item.

Parameters

Handle topmenu
TopMenu Handle.
TopMenuObject ID.
char[] buffer
Buffer to store info string.
int maxlength
Maximum size of info string.

Return Value

int Number of bytes written, not including the null terminator.

Error

Invalid TopMenu Handle or TopMenuObject ID.
